GVDesign is operated by Vishnudaya Dayalam, an individual seller ("the seller", "we"). When you use this site or buy from it, you are contracting with Vishnudaya Dayalam. By using the site or continuing to use it, you agree to these terms.
What you are buying
Each purchase is a high-resolution digital file of an original hand-drawn artwork, delivered as a download after payment. No physical item is shipped.
Licence
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable personal-use licence: you may print the artwork for yourself or give printed copies as gifts. You may not resell or redistribute the file or prints, use it commercially, or claim it as your own work.
Intellectual property
The seller retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the artworks, the website, its content and the GVDesign name and branding.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the site. In particular you must not:
- use the site for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any law;
- commit fraud, send spam or make purchases with payment details you are not authorised to use;
- infringe our or anyone else's intellectual property, including copying or sharing files without a licence;
- interfere with the site's security, introduce malware, probe or test for vulnerabilities, or scrape content.
Orders and payment
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, taxes and refunds are governed by the Paddle Buyer Terms.
Delivery
A download link is shown immediately after payment. If anything goes wrong with your download, contact us and we will make sure you receive your file.
Availability
The site is provided "as is". We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to the site or downloads if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously break these rules.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
